So get ready to disrupt some old patterns, explore what it means to reclaim your power and remember who you really are. So pull up your yoga mat, light a candle, and let's get into it. Well, hello and welcome back. I'm really glad you're here. Today we're closing out this three-part series on feminine archetypes. And we're moving into four that tend to carry a different kind of energy. If the first episode felt like beginnings, connection, and stepping into yourself, and the second moved into more intuition, instinct, and creation, this one leans into clarity, discernment, wisdom, and truth. Before we begin, I want to briefly return to the foundation that we've been working with throughout this series. These archetypes are not identities that you need to choose, and they're not fixed roles. They are patterns of energy that move through you at different times in your life. You may recognize one of these as something you've grown into, or you may feel one emerging now. Or you may hear something that reflects a season that you've already moved through. And just like before, these are not linear. You don't arrive here and stay. You move in and out of these energies as life asks different things of you. So as you listen today, stay in that same place of noticing. Notice what feels familiar, what feels present, and what feels like something that has become more solid within you over time. Today we're exploring the warrior, the priestess, the crone, and the sage. Let's begin with the warrior. The warrior is the energy of action, of protection and truth. This is the part of you that knows when something needs to change and is willing to move in that direction. You may notice this energy when you feel a sense of clarity about what is no longer working. When something you've been tolerating suddenly feels like it cannot continue. When you begin setting boundaries that you may have avoided before. When you feel a strong connection to your voice and your ability to stand in it, there is movement here, there's direction, and the warrior doesn't sit in indecision for long. She may not have everything figured out yet, but she's willing to take a step. In a more grounded expression, this energy is clear, focused, and protective in a way that feels rooted in self-respect. In a more strained expression, it can become reactive, confrontational, or driven by urgency rather than clarity. At its core, the warrior is about honoring truth through action. Next, we move into the priestess. The priestess is the energy of sacred discernment. This is where you begin to move through life with a deeper sense of what is aligned and what is not. There's a quiet authority here. The priestess doesn't need to explain herself. She doesn't need to convince anyone. She listens, she senses, and she chooses from a place that is connected to something deeper than external validation. You might notice this energy when you feel less available for things that feel surface level or misaligned. When you are drawn to ritual, to meaning, to depth, and when your no becomes clearer and your yes becomes intentional, there's a sense of devotion here. Not an obligation, but a truth. In a more grounded expression, the priestess is deeply connected, discerning, and rooted in her own inner authority. In a more strained expression, this energy can become withdrawn, overly guarded, or completely disconnected from the world around her. But at its core, the priestess is about living in alignment with what you know to be true. From there, we move into the crone. The crone is the energy of wisdom lived through experience. This is where there's less interest in performance and more connection to truth. The crone has seen enough to know what matters and what doesn't. And when you notice this energy, you feel yourself letting go of things that once felt important. Old patterns, old roles, old expectations. There is a simplification here, a refining, a willingness to release what is no longer necessary. This can also be a space where you feel more comfortable with endings, less resistant to change, and more trusting in the natural cycles of life. In a more grounded expression, the crone is wise. She's steady and deeply self-trusting. In a strained expression, this energy can feel disconnected, isolated, or overly detached. But at its core, the crone is about trusting your own inner wisdom that you have come to know through experience. Finally, we come to the sage. The sage is the energy of integration and perspective. This is where everything you've moved through begins to settle into understanding. There's less urgency here, there's less need to react, more ability to see clearly, even in complex situations. You might notice this energy when you find yourself able to hold multiple perspectives at once, when you feel less pulled into emotional extremes, when you begin sharing from a place of lived understanding rather than theory. The sage doesn't rush, she doesn't need to prove. She offers perspective and she offers presence. In a more grounded expression, the sage is calm, clear, and deeply rooted in truth. In a strained expression, this energy can feel distant, overly analytical, or disconnected from emotion. But at its core, the sage is about integration, allowing everything you've experienced to become wisdom. As we close out this series, you may notice that these archetypes feel different from the ones we began with. There's a sense of settling here, of knowing, of refinement. And at the same time, these are not final destinations. You may move back into maiden energy in a new area of your life. You may reconnect with the lover, the wild woman, or the creatrix. This is all movement, and it's part of how we evolve. The more you begin to recognize these patterns within yourself, the more you can meet yourself with understanding rather than judgment. So, until next time, trust the clarity that's forming within you. Honor what you know, even if it looks different from before, and allow your own lived experience to guide you forward.
